If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site, App, or Services.

By using the Services, you agree that any legal disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration, unless you opt out within 30 days of first use. This means:

8. App Store Terms

If you access our Services through third-party app stores (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play), their respective terms and conditions also apply. In case of conflicting terms, the stricter provision will take precedence.

9. Payments & Subscriptions

Some features may be paid or require a subscription. All payments are handled by the app store through which you downloaded the App. Subscription management (renewals, cancellations) must be handled through your store account. Uninstalling the App does not cancel an active subscription.

10. External Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or content of those websites.

11. Dispute Process

Before initiating legal action, please contact us at [email protected]. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it will proceed to arbitration as outlined in Section 3. Exceptions:
